Phase 1: Start (aka The Brand Sprint)

A one-week collaboration designed to establish a strong foundation for your brand. This streamlined approach ensures you receive a professional, cohesive brand identity quickly and affordably.

  • We’ll dive into research, analysis, and strategy, using your questionnaire responses to explore your industry, identify opportunities, and craft a strategic plan to help your brand stand out.

  • We’ll focus on curating and defining your brand’s visual direction. Using insights from the brand strategy, market analysis, and any input you’ve shared, we craft a clear, intentional creative plan. By the end of the day, we’ll present our creative directions via Loom for your review.

  • Wednesday is your time to review the creative directions and reflect on what feels most aligned with your brand vision. We recommend setting aside dedicated time to go through the presentation and gather any thoughts or preferences.

    To keep the process streamlined, please provide consolidated feedback via email by the end of the day. Clear, specific input at this stage ensures we can refine and move forward efficiently.

  • Thursday is dedicated to bringing your brand identity to life. In the morning, we’ll focus on developing logo concepts and refining the colour direction.

    Around midday (timezone dependent), we’ll meet for a collaborative review session, allowing us to refine the designs together in real-time. By the evening, you’ll receive a PDF presentation with the updated concepts for further review and consideration.

  • Friday is dedicated to final refinements and preparing your brand assets for handover. Please compile and submit all final feedback by 10 AM to ensure a smooth process.

    We’ll spend the day fine-tuning the details and finalising your brand elements. Once complete, we’ll organise everything into your Brand Guideline Board and Brand Asset Master Folder, ready for handover on Monday.

Phase 2: Launch

A two-week collaboration to design and build a part-custom website for start-up businesses ready to make an impact online. This streamlined process delivers a professional, easy-to-manage site.

  • Using insights from your website intake form, we’ll create a clear site map outlining up to four core pages. This serves as the foundation for your website’s structure and user journey.

    We’ll then meet online to walk through the plan together, ensuring the flow of information is strategic, intuitive, and aligned with your goals before moving into design.

  • The first week is dedicated to designing all four core pages using the copy and imagery you provide. Leveraging the brand assets and visual identity crafted during the Brand Sprint, we’ll ensure the website maintains brand consistency and delivers a seamless user experience.

    By end of day Wednesday, we’ll present the designed pages for your review. We ask that you set aside time to consolidate and submit all feedback by end of day Thursday to keep the process smooth and efficient.

    On Friday, we’ll refine and fine-tune the designs based on your feedback, ensuring everything feels aligned before moving into the next phase.





  • In the second week, we focus on bringing your website to life. Using Wix Studio for service-based businesses and Shopify for e-commerce, we’ll translate the approved designs into a fully functional, responsive website.

    We’ll ensure everything is optimised for seamless performance across all devices, allowing time for thorough testing and debugging. Once everything is polished, we’ll work with you to connect your domain and prepare for launch—setting your brand up for a smooth, successful go-live.




  • To empower you to confidently update and maintain your website, we provide a 1-hour training session covering its key functions and features. Tailored to your specific site, this session ensures you understand how to manage content, make updates, and keep everything running smoothly.

    We can record the session for future reference, and we recommend bringing any specific questions so we can address them in real time—setting you up for long-term success.
